How it Works:

iVault software agents are installed on the customer server(s) requiring data protection. Once daily backup times are set, iVault agents “wake up” at that particular time, scan for block-level changes among files since the last backup and then those changes are then compressed, encrypted, and then sent over standard communications lines to our secure vault at iVault’s Data Center.

iVault’s dedicated “hot” site rapid recovery supports uninterruptible and instantaneous retrieval of mission-critical data.

hOT SITE

The hot site alternate environment is a dedicated, mirrored, synchronized copy of mission-critical data and infrastructure. The environment is always on, always ready, and always available for fail-over. Once in disaster mode, you can continue to run your business and access your data and email remotely via a remote Terminal Services web portal.

WARM SITE

The “warm site” solution is for applications and data that can accept several hours for the disaster recovery process to complete.

COLD SITE
